Shipping: We ship all of our orders via UPS or US Mail. You should receive your merchandise within two to four weeks, unless we are on the road with an event. If you are ordering from outside the continental United States, please email us for shipping charges.

Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 20 days from the date of receipt, providing it has not been damaged or abused. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise and shipping charges are not refunded. In the event of damage occurring during transport of goods to Purchaser from The Pautorium, Purchaser must notify us via telephone ((602)334-1420) and/or email (Contact@ThePautorium.com) within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Claims for defective or damaged merchandise will not be processed if submitted more than three days after delivery.

Purchasing Criteria
By purchasing goods from this website, Purchaser agrees to use the product in a legal and appropriate manner. Purchaser represents himself/herself as of legal age, legal mind, and intending on legal intentions. Billing information and payment type shall be provided via legal means, from purchaser with legal right to purchase. Purchaser shall be no less than eighteen years of age and of legal age. The Pautorium shall be held harmless and blameless for use by purchaser who fails to follow any aspect of the purchasing criteria. Purchaser agrees to assume full responsibility for compliance with all current and future state, local, and federal laws and regulations in regard to proper and legal use of product by himself/herself or others. The Pautorium may not be held responsible for illegal or inappropriate use of product, including but not limited to damages resulting from improper or illegal use, use by a minor representing himself/herself as an adult, etc.

Purchaser shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vendor from/against loss, damages, penalties, fines, and all expenses including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred as a result of any damage or injury (including death) to persons or property resulting from this transaction. In addition, Vendor shall not be considered for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of income or profits resulting from use (legitimate or otherwise) of product.

All claims of fraudulent use of credit card (including use by unauthorized person or minor) will be researched and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All information provided during said incident, including shipping information and address will be released to investigative and prosecuting authorities, credit card company, billing party of credit card and public or consumer group dedicated to preventing and prosecuting credit card fraud, affiliated website partners may be posted on actual website.

Purchaser will pay Vendor full compensation for product as set forth by pricing contained in this website. Price is subject to change at any time.
